What is IBO Player?
IBO Player is the premier IPTV media player application available on virtually every platform and operating system. Installation on Android
1 Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2 Search for "IBO Player" and tap Install.
3 Once installed, open IBO Player. Your device MAC address will be displayed on the home screen.
4 Send your MAC address to QonecTV support via WhatsApp or email. We will activate your subscription remotely.
5 Restart IBO Player. Your 38,000+ channels and 165,000+ VOD titles will load automatically.
Installation on Amazon Fire TV Stick
1 From the Fire TV home screen, go to Find > Search.
2 Type "IBO Player" and select the app from the results.
3 Click Download and wait for installation to complete.
4 Open IBO Player and note your MAC address.
5 Contact QonecTV support with your MAC address for remote activation.
Installation on Samsung / LG Smart TV
1 Open the Samsung Content Store or LG Content Store on your TV.
2 Search for "IBO Player" and install the application.
3 Launch IBO Player. Your TV's MAC address will appear on the screen.
4 Send the MAC address to QonecTV support. We will link your subscription to your TV.
5 Restart the app. All channels and VOD content will be available immediately.
Installation on Windows PC
1 Visit iboplayer.com and download the Windows installer.
2 Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts.
3 Open IBO Player. Your MAC address will be displayed.
4 Send your MAC address to QonecTV for activation.
Installation on macOS
1 Visit iboplayer.com and download the macOS version.
2 Open the .dmg file and drag IBO Player to your Applications folder.
3 Launch IBO Player from Applications and note your MAC address.
4 Contact QonecTV support with your MAC address for activation.
Adding a Playlist (Alternative Method)
If QonecTV provides you with Xtream Codes credentials or an M3U URL instead of MAC activation, follow these steps:
1 Open IBO Player and navigate to Settings.
2 Select "Add Playlist".
3 Choose either "Add XC Playlist" (for Xtream Codes) or "Add M3U Playlist".
4 Enter your credentials (server URL, username, password) or paste the M3U URL.
5 Tap Save. Your channels will load within seconds.
Troubleshooting
- Channels not loading: Restart IBO Player and check your internet connection. Minimum 25 Mbps recommended for 4K.
- Buffering issues: Connect via Ethernet instead of WiFi for the most stable experience. Close other bandwidth-heavy apps.
- EPG not showing: Go to Settings > EPG and tap "Refresh EPG." Allow a few minutes for the guide to fully load.
- App crashes: Clear the app cache or reinstall IBO Player from your device's app store.
