QonecTV maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. Accounts subject to multiple valid infringement notices will be reviewed and may be terminated without refund.
5. Misuse of the DMCA Process
Filing a false DMCA takedown notice is a serious legal matter. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
